Noelle Laub

Originally from Northern Michigan, Noelle graduated from Michigan State University where she earned degrees in Sociology and Political Science. After graduating Noelle managed local races in Michigan including State Representative and District Court Judge campaigns.
In 2019, she moved to Nevada where she became an Organizer for Pete for America during the 2020 Democratic Primary. There she organized and mobilized communities in Henderson and South Las Vegas by employing traditional field organizing tactics, as well as digital and relational tactics. Noelle served as a Regional Organizing Director during the 2020 and 2021 election cycles where she built and coached teams on community building, direct voter contact, and volunteer mobilization. During her time as a Field Assistant at HIT Strategies, Noelle managed vendor relationships, oversaw the logistical aspects of both quantitative and qualitative research projects, led cultural conversations among her surrounding norms and best practices, and determined the feasibility of research projects.
As an Elections Assistant at GSG, Noelle conducts quality control checks of deliverables, crafts first drafts of survey decks, and monitors the fielding process of quantitative projects.
Currently located in Washington D.C., Noelle enjoys exploring the restaurant scene and green spaces of the city. In addition to reading, cooking, and spending time with friends. When she’s back home, she loves to enjoy her time at the ski hills or beach, depending on the season.
