Nick Kreider

Nick is a seasoned leader and strategist with over 20 years of experience in business strategy, market research, and non-profit consulting. Over his career, Nick has advised some of the most impactful brands in the world such as Visa, Nike, Google, Meta, John Deere, and Expedia on their brand and product strategies. He’s also consulted many global non-profit organizations such as Save the Children, World Vision, and Global Giving and helped them enhance their branding and donor acquisition strategies

At GSG, Nick leads our market research and strategy practice and focuses on overseeing client engagements and business development.

His career began in the humanitarian aid and development sector, where he gained extensive experience in disaster recovery, focusing on economic development through the creation and management of livelihood programs post-disaster. This work has taken him across the globe, including Sri Lanka, Haiti, Kenya, India, Nepal, Ecuador, and Thailand, as well as within the United States.

Prior to GSG, Nick was a Senior Vice President of Insights and Growth at Material (formerly LRW). There he spent over 16 years honing his expertise in designing research and consulting for clients with a focus on branding and communication strategies. At Material, Nick also developed the company’s Social Impact Practice, leveraging their capabilities to advise non-profit organizations as well as assist traditional commercial clients in meeting the demands of today’s socially conscious consumers.

Nick received his International MBA from Bond University in Australia and his bachelor’s degree in Business from The University of Delaware, where he was also a Division 1 scholarship athlete. When not engaged in his professional pursuits or volunteer work, Nick can be found enjoying the diverse landscapes of Southern California, splitting his time between the beach and the mountains.
