Patrick Caslin

Patrick is a senior associate on the data team at GSG, responsible for building models, processing and weighting data, and producing deliverables for political and corporate clients.

Patrick was the lead data analyst on GSG’s 2024 polling for House Majority PAC, contributing to a highly accurate set of polls that helped HMP allocate its resources efficiently and successfully defend key battleground districts across the country. A resident of Baltimore, Patrick has a particular interest in Maryland politics and has conducted polling supporting many of Maryland’s leaders, including Governor Wes Moore, Senator Angela Alsobrooks, Congressman Johnny Olszewski, and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott.

Patrick oversees the data aspects of new business proposals at GSG, producing unique maps and data visualizations that demonstrate GSG’s expertise to potential clients. He also leads an internal team dedicated to answering colleagues’ questions about survey research methodology, making sure all GSG projects are set up for success before they happen.

Patrick graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2021. He is originally from Sacramento, California. Outside of work, you can find him running, watching his beloved Baltimore Orioles or Sacramento Kings on TV, or playing hurling (an Irish sport similar to lacrosse).
