Paloma Ayala-Abellar

Paloma is a communications and public affairs professional with experience in research, media analysis, reputation management, and crisis communications. She began her career at GSG as an intern and has advanced to an associate role, where she now supports a variety of corporate and nonprofit clients.

Prior to joining GSG, Paloma built a strong foundation in the public sector, with experience spanning New York and California. Her work includes roles with the New York Public Library, the NYC Department of Education, CUNY, and several Los Angeles-based nonprofit organizations.

Paloma earned her bachelor’s degree in Politics from Scripps College, with a minor in Spanish. Outside of work, she can be found taking a dance class, learning a new knitting technique, or playing with her dog in the park.
