Hattie’s love of politics started while combing through the dozens of political advertisements and mailers her family received every year around election time, sparking a lifelong interest in political campaigns and issue advocacy.  Now, as an Elections Assistant with GSG, she’s able to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research for political clients.

Hattie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2024 with a degree in Politics & Philosophy. Throughout her time at Pitt, she spent a summer in Washington D.C. interning for Congressman Conor Lamb and worked with Pitt’s Institute of Politics to conduct research and connect with community stakeholders about pertinent issues in western Pennsylvania. In 2023, she joined the team at GSG as an intern on the research team.

Outside of work, you can find Hattie trying out new recipes, exploring local art galleries and museums, and checking out her neighborhood bookstores.
