Daniel Cruise is a Senior Advisor at Global Strategy Group, where he brings more than two decades of experience in financial and corporate communications across the public and private sectors. At GSG, Daniel supports and expands the firm’s financial services communications practice, partnering with leadership to strengthen client relationships and drive growth in an increasingly complex and regulated industry.

Throughout his career, Daniel has advised CEOs and Boards of Directors through periods of growth, transition, and crisis, helping organizations navigate high-stakes environments with clarity and confidence. His deep expertise in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and market strategy enhances GSG’s ability to deliver sharp insight and strategic counsel to its clients.

In addition to his role at GSG, Daniel serves as an operational partner at Tikehau Capital, a Paris-based asset management firm overseeing $50 billion in assets. There, he launched the company’s North American private equity practice and led its global public affairs function. Previously, Daniel served on the Executive Committee at Alcoa and Arconic, overseeing global public affairs and business development across 31 countries. Earlier in his career, he advised global clients at Clark & Weinstock and the Albright Stonebridge Group, following foundational roles at J.P. Morgan, the White House, and the National Security Council. He has also advised the Kerry, Obama and Biden campaigns for President. 

Daniel received a B.A. from Brown University and an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge.  He lives in New York City and has three children.
