Kinami Wexler

Kinami is a communications strategist with expertise in navigating complex policy landscapes, with a strong track record in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic messaging and media. Her current and past clients include prominent elected officials, leading research universities, global technology firms, and major trade associations.

Before joining GSG, Kinami worked at Stu Loeser & Co. Strategy, where she designed and executed media and public affairs campaigns for a range of clients. She also worked at Applecart and began her career in Senator Chuck Schumer’s press office after completing two congressional internships in Washington, D.C.

Originally from Tokyo and raised between Tokyo and London, Kinami earned both her M.A. in Educational Politics, Leadership, and Advocacy and her B.A. in Education Studies, with a minor in Japanese Language, from New York University.

Outside of work, Kinami can usually be found swimming laps at her community pool or trying to keep up with her reading list.
