Roshni’s interest in consumer insights stems from her background in Psychology and a passion for understanding people – what drives their decisions, influences their choices, and how brands can connect with them in meaningful ways.
Prior to joining GSG, Roshni worked as a Research Analyst at TEAM LEWIS, an integrated marketing agency, supporting B2B and B2C clients globally across a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, and telecommunications. Her work spanned survey design, data analysis, social listening, audience segmentation, media measurement, influencer identification, competitive messaging, and market trends reporting.
Roshni grew up in Mumbai, India, and later moved to the U.S. for college. She graduated from Wesleyan University with a major in Psychology and minors in Dance and Education Studies.
Outside of work, Roshni enjoys experimenting with different dance forms (Indian classical, West African, hip hop, and Afro-Brazilian), trying new cafes around the city, running (still very much a work in progress), and ranking the tiramisu at new restaurants!
