Last week, the GSG team headed to the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort for a well-earned summer getaway. With activities ranging from paddle boarding and kayaking to painting, spa time, and team strategy sessions, the retreat offered our team a valuable mix of connection and reflection.
Set along Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the setting provided the perfect backdrop to step away from day-to-day work, strengthen relationships across teams, and refocus on shared goals.
